The apartment is located centrally and quiet. The Engadine bath scuol and the train station are reachable in a couple of minutes by walk. There is a parking area in front of the house. The Lower Engadine offers the whole year a lot activities hiking, biking, river rafting, tennis courts swimming, relaxing. In the winter times the area offers 80 km slopes, a snowboard park, winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails and vaious sledging trails. The valley runs with artificial snow also.
