In winter, the apartment is ideally located: directly on valley run No. 44, you can ski straight to the Tgantieni chairlift station or to the nearby Val Sporz bus stop. The free sports bus stops just a few steps from the apartment and conveniently takes you to the other side of the ski area or into the town center.
In summer, the Tgantieni chairlift remains open and offers bike transport – perfect for mountain bikers and hiking enthusiasts. From the house, you have direct access to beautiful hiking trails and diverse bike routes through nature.
The center of Lenzerheide, Heidsee lake, and the sports center are all within a 10–15 minute walk or easily accessible by the sports bus. Whether summer or winter – this apartment is the perfect base for memorable holiday days in the mountains.

Coming from Chur, turn right into Voa Sporz at the entrance to Lenzerheide. Follow Sporzstrasse uphill for 1.2 km. Then turn right – you will be directly in front of the house Casa Selva. You can park conveniently in the underground garage on parking space No. 2.
