The detached two-family house is located in the upper, sunny part of the village of Sedrun. The practical 4.5 room apartment with separate entrance is located on the ground floor, so the apartment is also suitable for people with disabilities. Smoking and animals are prohibited throughout the house.

The large entrance area with outdoor seating serves as a cloakroom and as a storage room for various sports equipment, prams, etc. Two parking spaces are available free of charge directly at the house.

The public wellness and adventure pool "Bogn Sedrun", freshly renovated in new splendour, will be open again from autumn 2024 and is located opposite the apartment, the popular children's playground and the village museum "La Truaisch" are also in the immediate vicinity.
