Description

Exposed wooden beams on the ceiling and warm wooden floors create a natural, cozy living atmosphere with a clear, modern design. For maximum comfort and privacy, the elevator takes you directly into the spacious apartment – discreetly and exclusively. The location also leaves nothing to be desired: the ski lifts are just a few minutes away and offer an ideal start to the ski area in winter. In addition, the sled run ends right at the doorstep. In summer, varied biking and hiking trails begin here. Obersee is practically in front of you and invites relaxing evening walks – in both summer and winter.
Conditions / Extras
The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure
- Additional people must be registered in advance and will be charged separately
(Additional fees: CHF 30.- linen set/stay and CHF 6.50 resort fee/day)
- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 50.- (high chair and cot with bed linen)
- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival
- Pets are not allowed
- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)
- Security Deposit: The owner may request a security deposit of CHF 500.-. This is intended to cover any costs resulting from damage or additional cleaning expenses. The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rental property in proper condition. If the amount to be determined has not yet been calculated, the owner will retain the security deposit for the time being. If the security deposit does not cover the total additional costs, the guest agrees to transfer the balance to the owner within 10 days of receiving the invoice (bank charges are the responsibility of the tenant).
- Lost keys: If a key is lost, a fee of CHF 150.- will be charged for replacement and processing.
Important information
Arosa is at 1,800m, framed by an imposing mountain landscape.
In summer, the holiday region convinces with an all-inclusive offer for mountain railways, hiking trails, barbecue areas, climbing park, playgrounds, outdoor pool, and much more. A visit to the Arosa Bear Sanctuary also inspires young and old.
In winter, over 261 kilometers of pistes in the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area ensure lots of snow sports fun.
Various event highlights provide additional entertainment in and around Arosa all year round (classic car - vintage car races, live is live, balloon rides, concerts, theater in the forest stage, various sports events, and much more).

Check-in details are automatically sent by email 1 day before arrival with all information regarding keys, address, public parking etc.

Note: the check-in & check-out is done independently/self-made, there is no employee on site at the apartment
