Description

The spacious and bright 3.5-room apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building in a quiet location. The magnificent mountain views can be enjoyed from the balcony. With 2 bedrooms, a large living-dining room and a sofa bed for another 2 people, the apartment has enough space for 4-6 people. Including a garage parking space (max 1.95 m high); pets are not allowed.
The start of the famous squirrel trail in Arosa, the center and the nearest bus stop are only a 5-10 minute walk away.

Conditions / Extras

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure
- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30.- linen set/stay and CHF 6.50 resort fee/day
- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 50.- (high chair and cot with bed linen)
- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival
- Pets are not allowed
- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)
- Security Deposit: The owner may request a security deposit of CHF 500.-. This is intended to cover any costs resulting from damage or additional cleaning expenses. The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rental property in proper condition. If the amount to be determined has not yet been calculated, the owner will retain the security deposit for the time being. If the security deposit does not cover the total additional costs, the guest agrees to transfer the balance to the owner within 10 days of receiving the invoice (bank charges are the responsibility of the tenant).
- Lost keys: If a key is lost, a fee of CHF 150.- will be charged for replacement and processing.

Check-in: from 4 p.m.

Check-in details will be sent automatically by e-mail 1 day before arrival with all information regarding keys, address, public parking & Co.
Note: the check-in & check-out is self-made - there is no employee on site at the apartment
