Description
This very neat, spacious 2 1/2 room apartment in the building "Gentiana" in a sunny south-east location on the 2nd floor (lift) is looking forward to becoming your home for a carefree holiday.
Slightly elevated, central and very quiet location with stunning panoramic views of the Arosa mountains.
Shops (COOP, bakery, sports shops, banks, etc.) and the free local bus can be reached in about 5 minutes.
The starting points for walking and hiking trails in summer and winter are about 250m away. The same distance applies to the ski slope with access to Tschuggensessel and Weisshorn cable car.
Electronic motion detectors throughout the property. Covered outdoor parking, heated ski storage, washing machine and tumble dryer with coin-operated machine in communal laundry / drying room.
In SUMMER free: All-inclusive guest card (free use of mountain railways, bus, beach, pedalo, ice rink, rope park u.v.m)
Cancellation and follow-up costs:
Up to 3 months before arrival CHF 100
3 - 1 month before arrival, 1/2 of the rental price will be charged.
1 month before arrival, the entire rental amount will be charged. There are no cancellation costs, if the tenant has a replacement tenant.
Please note: Non smoking apartment / no pets / max. 2 persons (2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child)
Prices
Check-in (from 4:00 PM) and check-out (until 11:00 AM) at the nearby Hotel Hohe Promenade (approx. 150m). The hotel also offers the option for a breakfast buffet or dinner. Ski tickets can also be purchased directly at the hotel, saving you from standing in line at the ticket office.

1 month until arrival, the full rental amount will be invoiced. There are no cancellation fees if the tenant has a replacement tenant.

At check-in, a deposit of CHF 350 will be charged to the credit card. This will be refunded to the guests no later than two days after departure, provided no damage occurred in the apartment.

Check in from 16h and check out until 11h. Key collection and all formalities in the Hotel Hohe Promenade, about 2 minutes walk away.
By car in Chur leave the A13 motorway following the signs and take the varied ascent towards Arosa under the wheels. In Arosa, after 360 bends and 30 km arrived, turn right just before the ice rink and drive along the lake. After about 350m keep right and continue via Tomelistrasse to the Waldhotel; left for 100m slightly sloping on and at the end still 150m straight on to the Hotel Hohe Promenade.
Take the train to Chur and change to the Rhaetian Railway. Arriving in Arosa we recommend to take a taxi. If you only have a small amount of luggage with you, you can also board the free local bus right at the kiosk and drive to the Rathaus stop. From there it takes about 5 - 8 minutes on a small footpath between the houses up to the hotel.
By bike, plane or on foot ..... we will advise you individually ;-)
