6.5 room apartment with ski run right up to the house. 100 m away from the Seeboden or Sandhubel bus stop, where there are several restaurants and bars in addition to the Coop.

The approx. 150m² apartment offers plenty of space for young and old and has several balconies with a wonderful panoramic view. In summer the spacious garden is also available for barbecuing and sunbathing

Two parking spaces are available. In the garage and in front of the garage door. Further public parking spaces can be found 100m away.
