The chalet "Guarda Cuolms" is located in Crapera, on Lenzerheide's sunny slope directly above the village center, quiet and with a wonderful view. The necessary shops can be reached in 3 minutes by car or in about 10 minutes by foot. 430m to the Lenzerheide post office and village center.
It's possible to go skiing without a car, the last descent goes right up to the house. Unlimited ADSL internet access.

Directions
Coming from Chur, follow the main street to the post office. After another 100m, turn left just before the Bäckerei Häfner bakery. Follow this street for 150m, then follow the Voa Crapera to the right for 200m; at the cement wall turn right onto the Trotsch and follow it for 250m.
