Description

The 5-room apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential building without a lift, which is centrally located and only a few meters from the nearest bus stop, shops and supermarket. The cable cars for the ski area and the hiking area are only about 800m far away on foot.

Conditions / Extras

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure

- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30.- linen set/stay and CHF 6.- resort fee/day

- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 50.- (high chair and cot with bed linen)

- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival

- Pets are not allowed

- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)

Directions

Check in: from 4 p.m

Check-out: until 10 a.m

Check-in details are automatically sent by email 1 day before arrival with all information regarding keys, address, public parking etc.

Note: the check-in & check-out is done independently/self-made, there is no employee on site at the apartment
