Description

The apartment has a quiet and sunny location. The house has a large garden and is located right in the center of Lenzerheide. It is easily reached with public or private transportation, as it is near the bus stop. The free local bus stops right in front of the house. It is near the ski school area and the playground and sports fields. In the house are table tennis and a ski room with a shoe heater (bike room in the summer). In the cellar are a washing machine and dryer. Take-away meals available from the adjacent restaurant.

- Guest tax (CHF 4.50/person from 16 years/night) is to be paid on site in cash
- The costs for final cleaning of CHF 90.00/stay and for the bed linen of CHF 25.00/person are to be paid separately on site (cash in CHF or Twint)
- Bed for children (children up to 3 years) CHF 2.50 per day Ski-/Veloraum, including table tennis (balls & rackets bring with)
- Take-way on restaurant /Washmaschine und drier in the lower floor next

Coming from Chur, turn right just after entering Lenzerheide (across from Hotel Danis). After 200m, the pizzeria "Da Elio" and the apartment building Allod (Voa Sporz 3) are located on the left.
