400-year-old, gently renovated old Walser farmhouse with original wood (Swiss stone pine and spruce), rooms and living space on 2 floors. The house has a total of 4 double rooms as well as a garden seating area with barbecue facilities and parking.

Summer: The house is located directly on the marmot nature trail.
Winter: The ski lift is in the immediate vicinity.

In summer, access to the house is possible by car. In winter, access to the house by car is not possible. Walking distance approx. 500 metres. Four sledges are available for transporting goods to the house, or you can arrange for delivery by Ratrac snow groomer (subject to a fee).
