The apartment offers mountain view, but no balcony, a large bed, sofa bed, bathroom, TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining table. Sleeps in double bedroom sleeps 2. The sofa bed can be increased to 4 people, for an extra charge. The apartment is not suitable for small children, pets are not allowed. The Zentrum bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. A garage space (subject to charge) can be requested. However, this is not always free.

There is a bar under the apartment. The bar operates until the early hours of the morning.
