The luxurious 4.5-room apartment in Haus Salvia has a high standard of construction in a modern chalet style and is classified by the Swiss Tourism Federation (STV) with 5***** stars. It has three bedrooms, two toilets/bathrooms, a semi-open kitchen, a large living/dining room and a spacious terrace.
The open living room with a great view of the valley and the Arosa mountains is separated from the dining area by a two-sided fireplace.
The cosy dining area with corner bench is in turn connected to the well-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven/steamer and microwave). Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, the third bedroom has a double bunk bed and is therefore ideal for up to 4 children.
In the ensuite bathroom there is a spacious all-glass shower and a double washbasin. The second bathroom has a shower/bathtub, which also invites you to take a relaxing bath.
For sunbathing with a view of the mountains, comfortable lounge chairs are available on the terrace.
Of course, the apartment also has satellite TV and internet connection. For smaller children, a high chair and a folding bed are available. By arrangement, the apartment's own laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machine can also be used.
House: Built in 2010/11 in the local style, Haus Salvia is equipped with an underground garage and a heated ski room; both can be reached from the apartment by elevator without steps.
