The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa bed for an additional 2 sleeping options. Comfortable dining area with a table, fitted kitchen with 4 hot plates, oven, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, fondue and raclette equipment. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. TV, DVD, radio and WIFI. It takes about 8 minutes on foot to the village center and to the bus stops. Short stays welcome. Pets allowed upon consultation. Costs for pets are CHF 7.00 per day.

Arrival: 16:00 h / Departure: 10:00 h Direction: drive to the centre of Arosa and then on the left-hand side follow directions to the „Sunstar Park Hotel". Just before the „Sunstar Park Hotel“ keep left down the incline and the Haus Seewaldweg is directly in front of you.
