Description
The flat is on the ground floor in a detached two-family house in Maiensäss Sporz. The house is in a quiet, idyllic location, faces south and offers a beautiful view towards the Ela Parc and Savognin. In summer, the large veranda offers the possibility to use the garden barbecue and dining table.

Arrival: coming from Chur, drive past Heidsee / at the entrance to Lenzerheide turn right into Voa Sporz (in front of the Aurora café / bakery) and continue straight ahead (past Volg) for approx. 2.2 km along Voa Sporz / after the Sporz town sign, the house can be seen straight ahead in 100 m on the left.
