By car, take the motorway A3 to Chur and drive upward to Arosa in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road. Attention! In winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains, depending on weather conditions.
In Arosa, follow the road uphill to Innerarosa. Drive past the Arosa ski school and continue along the main road. As soon as you can turn off to Hörnli, continue straight on. Follow the road past the Hotel Stoffel until you reach the Althusweg junction. At this junction you will find the entrance to the Hermann'sch huus garage on the left. This is your garage. You can reach the vacation apartment via the path to the left of the garage. It is the second house on the left and is labeled Hölzerhütte and number 5.
Take the Intercity train from Zurich Airport or Zurich main station to Chur quickly and comfortably. From there you can board the romantic red Rhaetian Railway and reach Arosa in an hour. You can find the train timetable online at sbb.ch; trains run every hour. Cabs are available once you arrive in Arosa.
