Description

Apartment house with indoor pool, sauna, quiet sunny central location, from the upper entrance 4-5 minutes to the nearest bus station Rathaus, ski down to the lower entrance possible. The swimming pool is only heated in the summer and winter season. The swimming pool can be used in the off-season, but the water is not heated.

Conditions / Extras

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure
- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30.- linen set/stay and CHF 6.- resort fee/day
- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 50.- high chair and cot with bed linen)
- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival
- Pets are not allowed
- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)

Directions

Check in: from 4 p.m

Check-out: until 10 a.m

Check-in details are automatically sent by email 2 days before arrival with all information regarding keys, address, public parking etc.

Note: the check-in & check-out is done independently/self-made, there is no employee on site at the apartment
