Newly renovated 3.5 room apartment in the heart of Arosa with top modern facilities. The fantastic, high-quality apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a central location. It has two bedrooms and a living room with an open kitchen, which offers every comfort for culinary cooking. The bus stop, the supermarket, various bars and restaurants are right on the doorstep.

Conditions / Extras

- Included in the price: bed linen, towels, Resort fee, final cleaning fee
- Extra person: CHF 30.- for laundry set/stay and CHF 6.5 Resort Fee/day
- Babies: Set (cot + high chair) for CHF 50.- plus CHF 6.5 Resort Fee/day
- Early check-in or late check-out upon request
- Mid-stay cleaning upon request
- No pets allowed
- Security Deposit: The owner may request a security deposit of CHF 500.-. This is intended to cover any costs resulting from damage or additional cleaning expenses. The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rental property in proper condition. If the amount to be determined has not yet been calculated, the owner will retain the security deposit for the time being. If the security deposit does not cover the total additional costs, the guest agrees to transfer the balance to the owner within 10 days of receiving the invoice (bank charges are the responsibility of the tenant).
- Lost keys: If a key is lost, a fee of CHF 150.- will be charged for replacement and processing.

Directions

- Personal Check-in from 4 pm possible

- Check-out until 10 am

- Check-in information will be sent by e-mail 2 days before arrival

- Summer season: Guests receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by e-mail as a QR code on the day of arrival
