Directly next to the children's ski school and just a few minutes' walk from the Kulm lift to the Sit Hütte, the apartment "Litzi Heidi" offers the perfect access to the ski area.
For your active summer vacation, bike and hiking trails are nearby, providing a successful starting point for sporty holidays.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a three-family house and spans two levels.
It features 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
The apartment includes a very well-equipped kitchen with induction wok, stove, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, fondue and raclette sets, and much more.
A living room with a fireplace and a covered balcony invite you to relax and enjoy.
Excluded: Bedding, CHF 30 per person, final cleaning CHF 420 per stay, tourism tax CHF 6 per person per night

We require a deposit of CHF 500 for the apartment, which must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

Follow the main road from the entrance of Arosa to the Brüggli parking garage. On the 2nd basement level of the Brüggli parking garage, there are 2 parking spaces available for the apartment "Litzi Heidi". The private tunnel access leads to the house and the apartment "Litzi Heidi"
Check-In:
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
On the day of arrival, we will personally welcome you for check-in
Check-Out:
By 10:00 AM at the latest; other arrival and departure days by arrangement
