The 3 room apartment is located in the attic of a 3 family house in Via Fau 10 in Laax. The house is detached on the southern slope above the road from Laax to Falera, about 5 minutes walk from the post bus station. You have to climb about 100 steps to the apartment, so that the apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. However, the magnificent south-facing balcony compensates for the effort with its magnificent view of the Piz Fess opposite, over the village of Laax and the Rhine Valley. The apartment includes a covered parking space, which is located below the last bend before the entrance to the house, as well as a lockable storage room for skis and bicycles (accessible via approx. 50 steps). Directly behind the house leads one of the many beautiful hiking trails into the Laax mountains. The ski lifts can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes by post bus. Bed linen and towels (CHF 20.00 per person), final cleaning (CHF 80.00), parking, additional costs such as heating, electricity and water as well as the tourist tax are included in the total price. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Firewood for the fireplace can be purchased from the Cadruvi family.
