Auf der Melchernen

In the most exclusive panoramic location in the middle of Inner-Arosa lies the stately holiday home "auf der Melchernen". The chalet has more than 200 square meters of living space on two floors, nine rooms, six bedrooms with eight beds, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and two separate showers, one upstairs and one in the basement, as well as two toilets. In three bedrooms there are additional washbasins. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher. The living room is made of solid pine wood.
As a special feature, the house has a large sunbathing veranda with individually opening sliding windows and stunning views all around the mountains. Below the house there is a parking space for up to three cars and opposite the ski school. In two minutes walk you are at the Kulm gondola lift on the Tschuggen and in normal snow conditions you can go directly to the bottom of the house.
The house with authentic flair and special artistic details inside was built in 1925 and has always been owned by the family. Except for the basement, everything is completely made of wood. Only for a few weeks a year it is available for rent. Dishwasher, washing machine and Wi-Fi are available. Two sledges are also available.
