Auf der Melchernen

In the most exclusive panoramic location in the middle of Inner-Arosa lies the stately holiday home "auf der Melchernen". The chalet has more than 200 sqm of living space on two floors, nine rooms, six bedrooms with eight beds, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and two separate showers, one upstairs and one downstairs, as well as two toilets. In three bedrooms there are additional washbasins. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The living room is made of solid Swiss stone pine.
As a special feature, the house has a large sunbathing veranda with individually opening sliding windows and a wonderful view of the mountains all around. Below the house there is a parking lot for up to three cars and vis a vis the ski school. In two minutes on foot you are at the Kulm gondola lift to the Tschuggen and in normal snow conditions you can ski directly down to the house.
The house with authentic flair and special artistic details inside was built in 1925 and has always been owned by the family. Except for the basement, everything is made entirely of wood. It is only available for rent for a few weeks a year. Dishwasher, washing machine and Wi-Fi are available. Two sledges are also available.
