"The 2-room apartment "Merlotscha", which was completely renovated in 2022, is in a quiet, central location in the beautiful holiday resort of Arosa. Both the "Zentrum" bus stop and the Untersee with its natural outdoor pool are only a five-minute walk away. The apartment is in the 5th (top) floor of an apartment building, which can be easily reached via a second entrance on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. There is a parking space in front of the house at the level of the entrance on the 3rd floor You can use it to load and unload your personal belongings. You can park your car in the public car park "Hubelsee", which you can reach on foot in three minutes. In winter you can ski in 2 minutes to the Untersee bus stop, from where The bus takes you directly to the Weisshornbahn and the Hörnli.

The 2-room apartment "Merlotscha" has a comfortably furnished bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a state-of-the-art bathroom (shower/toilet) and a spacious living/dining area. The apartment also offers you a high standard of construction: dimmable recessed spotlights throughout the apartment, flat screen TV with Cablecom TV, DAB radio, induction cooker with four rings, dishwasher, V-Zug microwave/oven combination, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and Raclette oven and a fully equipped kitchen with enough storage space for your groceries. The leather sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed with a real, comfortable mattress (140 cm lying surface) in just one movement. It's just as quick to make a sofa again the next morning.

The 2-room apartment Merlotscha is child-friendly. A trip-trap high chair, a folding stool for children and a baby crib with a mattress, blanket or sleeping bag are provided free of charge on request. In the cupboard you will find a children's plate and 1 set of children's cutlery. The sideboard in the entrance also contains numerous books and some games for cozy entertainment.

Guests of the "Merlotscha" apartment can also use the lockable common ski room on the 3rd floor free of charge. There is space for your skis, snowboards and ski boots in winter and for your mountain bike in summer.

A fully equipped cleaning cupboard with a vacuum cleaner is available to enable you to do a short cleaning in between. For your safety, the "Merlotscha" apartment also has a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket in the entrance. "
