The newly built apartment is located in Flims Waldhaus, a quiet and sunny village, access via private road. Underground parking with private parking (No. 19). The residence also has an elevator, a drying room and ski/bike storage. The (free) ski bus stop is only 200 m away. In less than 500 m walk you can reach a supermarket, restaurants, tennis court, playground and a picturesque bathing lake "Caumasee". In 1 KM distance or 3 minutes by bus you will find a ski lift, ski school, cross-country ski trail and ski slopes. The apartment is located in the forest and thus offers endless hiking and cycling trails. The Swiss Grand Canyon is just a 20-minute walk away. This environment gives you the opportunity to practice the following activities, among others: horseback riding, golfing, paragliding, rafting, climbing and abseiling. A pet is allowed on request and wireless Internet access is available free of charge. A baby cot and high chair are available, for the baby cot please bring your own bed linen.
