The house is located in Laax Murschetg with a direct view of the beautiful mountains and in the immediate vicinity of the gondola lifts. The few meters to the valley station can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot. From here you have access to the entire Flims/Laax/Falera ski area. For hiking enthusiasts, long and short hiking tours start right outside the front door and lead into the fantastic mountains and past idyllic lake landscapes. In the underground car park there are two parking spaces reserved for our guests. The elevator takes you directly to the apartment. In the basement there is a heated ski room where you can dry your ski equipment as well as your ski or hiking boots. Washing machine and tumble dryer (tumbler) are accessible on request. The apartment has two balconies that offer sun and relaxation from morning to evening. The 68 sqm are divided into an open plan kitchen, dining and living area as well as two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, toilet and shower or bathtub. Hair dryer and bathroom scales are available. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. The high-quality equipped kitchen offers electrical appliances such as stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, spacious, separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave with grill, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and egg cooker.
