Description

A colourful 3.5 room penthouse on the 4th floor of the Residence Panorama. It is located in the middle of the village and is easily accessible. Just above the house, a forest trail (in summer) leads to varied hikes and walks. In winter, this path serves as a ski slope, so you can ski practically in front of the house. A sauna for shared use is located in the basement of the house. To unwind, you have a wonderful view of the Arosa mountain panorama from the south-facing balcony.

A deposit of CHF 500/EUR 500 is required. This will be returned to you if we find the apartment clean and undamaged.

Check-in from 3pm | Check-out until 9.30am

By car, take the motorway A3 to Chur and drive upward to Arosa in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road. Attention! In winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains, depending on weather conditions.
From Postplatz/Obersee drive towards Innerarosa. From Postplatz/Obersee in the direction of
Innerarosa, past the Coop and Kursaal to the turning area, then from the top into Prätschlistrasse opposite "Flüeler Hauswaren". After 100 metres you will reach Haus Panorama on the righ (garage entrance).

By train, take the Intercity Express to Chur. From there, the scenic Rhaetian Railway whisks you up to Arosa (trains run hourly). Check www.sbb.ch for timetable. When in Arosa you can take a taxi or a romantic horse-drawn sledge.
