4 1/2 room luxury apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including 2 ensuites, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette and washing machine for dishes and clothes. In the tasteful living room, the open fireplace invites you to linger. It has a generous south balcony beautifully furnished and a view of the Arosa mountains. This is a modern lifestyle. By car, take the motorway A3 to Chur and drive upward to Arosa in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road. Attention! In winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains, depending on weather conditions.
From Postplatz/Obersee drive towards Innerarosa. Pass the Coop supermarket and Kursaal until the turning place, so that you can turn into Prätschlistrasse from above at "Koller Sport". After 100 metres you will reach Haus Panorama on the right (garage entrance).

By train, take the Intercity Express to Chur. From there, the scenic Rhaetian Railway whisks you up to Arosa (trains run hourly). Check www.sbb.ch for timetable. When in Arosa you can take a taxi or a romantic horse-drawn sledge.
