Modern and comfortable 1.5-room apartment with spectacular view of the mountains, located on the 1st floor of a Chalet in a quiet area. The blue Kulm Gondola starts just next door and there is a supermarket and a bus stop around the corner.
Conditions / Extras
Additional costs:
- Extra person: CHF 30.- for laundry set/stay and CHF 6.50 Resort Fee/day
- Babies: Set (cot + high chair) for CHF 50.- plus CHF 6.50 Resort Fee/day
- Pets are allowed, extra cleaning fee CHF 75.- per pet
- Early check-in or late check-out upon request
- Mid-stay cleaning upon request
- Security Deposit: The owner may request a security deposit of CHF 500.-. This is intended to cover any costs resulting from damage or additional cleaning expenses. The security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rental property in proper condition. If the amount to be determined has not yet been calculated, the owner will retain the security deposit for the time being. If the security deposit does not cover the total additional costs, the guest agrees to transfer the balance to the owner within 10 days of receiving the invoice (bank charges are the responsibility of the tenant).
- Lost keys: If a key is lost, a fee of CHF 150.- will be charged for replacement and processing.

- Check-in information will be sent by e-mail 2 days before arrival

- Summer season: Guests receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by e-mail as a QR code on the day of arrival

- Included in the price: bed linen, towels, Resort fee, final cleaning fee
