The apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and is lovingly furnished with great attention to detail. It features a spacious bedroom with a large box-spring bed, wardrobe, and TV, as well as a bright living room with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a large 55” TV, and direct access to the terrace.
The fully equipped and spacious kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals during your holiday. The bathroom has been completely renovated and includes a modern walk-in rain shower.
From the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of Arosa and the surrounding mountains all year round, with direct access in and out of the apartment. Guests also benefit from a private parking space in the building’s garage, as well as access to the laundry facilities and ski room.
Despite its quiet residential setting, the apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, ski lifts, restaurants, and shops. Renovated and decorated with great care and taste, this apartment is the perfect base to enjoy Arosa in every season.

Location
Located in the center of Arosa, in a very quiet street and only a few minutes' walk from the train station, the ski lifts, the bus stop, supermarkets, restaurants and much more. Everything is within easy walking distance.
There is a lot going on in the event destination of Arosa in winter and summer! Numerous events on the mountain, in the village or on the lake inspire their audience. As well as the beautiful ski slopes and mountain panoramas that leave nothing to be desired.
The traditional Graubünden holiday resort of Arosa lies at the end of the romantic Schanfigg valley at around 1800m. The imposing world of peaks offers an extensive biking and hiking area in summer and versatile winter sports opportunities in winter.
Due to its location in an open valley basin, Arosa is very sunny and is largely spared strong winds. Because there is no through traffic, the air is particularly clean. Arosa has therefore been a well-known alpine climatic health resort since 1877. Arosa can be reached by Rhaetian Railway from Chur or by car over 365 serpentines and through several tunnels, passing the smaller holiday resort of Langwies.
