Rustico Emilio

Rustico Emilio is a lovely 3-room house (64 m²), ideal for families with children (2 adults + 2 children).

The main floor houses a bright living room with dining area, tastefully furnished and equipped with a dining table, radio and wood-burning stove, perfect for creating a convivial environment in the cooler seasons. From here you can directly access the terrace. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, kettle and electric coffee machine (Nespresso capsules available for a fee), as well as a fondue (cheese) set.

On the upper floor, reachable via a spiral staircase, are the bedrooms: a double bedroom with high ceilings (240 to 400 cm), equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and access to the balcony with southern and western exposure, and a bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for children. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The heating is wood-burning.

Outside, guests can enjoy a balcony and a 16 m² terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, from which a beautiful view of the mountains, the surrounding landscape and the village opens up.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, iron, mosquito nets, high chair for children, cot for children up to 2 years old (on request, extra), hairdryer and free WiFi.
