Coming from Chur, drive through Parpan to Valbella. Approx. 300 m after the Posthotel, take a sharp right onto Voa davos Lai. Leaving Valbella, drive along the lakeshore, then continue on to apartment house Tgesa La Roiva. Diagonally opposite are the two houses Seegarten B and A.
