Description
In under 5 minutes, you can reach the mountain lifts "Weisshornbahn" or the "Hörnli-Express".
Directly in front of the door and within walking distance, you will find shopping options, bars, a bus station, and restaurants.
The train station is within walking distance, just 5 minutes away, or one stop by bus.
The apartment is equipped for 6 people. It has a large open living kitchen and is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in Arosa. The living room features a large flatscreen TV, allowing you to access any streaming services.
A fast internet connection is also available for free.
The apartment has a laundry tower with a washing machine and dryer.
If you arrive with ski or bike equipment, we naturally also have a place for you to store it.
The displayed price includes the accommodation costs and the visitor's tax.
Additionally, a fee of 170 CHF will be shown to you, which is the final cleaning fee and will be charged directly upon booking.
The use of the internet, as well as electricity, water, etc., is free of charge.
The use of the washing machine and dryer is also free of charge for you.
The following fees will apply to you on-site:
- Bed linen will be charged directly on-site at 30 CHF/person and stay by the cleaning company.
- Public parking can be used at 5 CHF/day.

Check-in & Arrival
Check-in: from 4:00 PM (unless explicitly agreed otherwise)

Arrival by Car
Drive on the highway to Chur. From there, follow the signs to Arosa via the famous Schanfiggerstrasse – a beautiful, winding route with a total of 365 curves. The trip from Chur to Arosa takes about 45 minutes.
Please note that in winter, winter tires are required and snow chains may be beneficial depending on weather conditions.
When you drive into the village of Arosa, please simply follow the main road (Poststrasse) along, passing the Denner on your left in the direction of "Hörnli-Express" until you reach the Smalls-Bar, where your temporary home is located.

Arrival by Train
From Zurich Airport or Zurich Main Station, the Intercity train takes you directly to Chur. There, you transfer to the idyllic red Rhaetian Railway, which takes you to Arosa in about an hour. The trains run hourly – you can find the timetable at www.sbb.ch.
Taxis are available at Arosa station to conveniently take you to your accommodation.
Check-in & Access to the Apartment
Your holiday apartment is located at Small’s Bar. To the right of the bar, take the first stairs up. Your apartment is directly to the left at the entrance.
You will receive the access code for the key safe as well as a detailed photo description of where to find it via email after booking.
- Online Check-in: For registration with Arosa Tourism, we need some information about all accompanying guests. After registration, you will automatically receive the Arosa Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous discounts. All details will be sent to you via email after booking.
