Description

The modern and excellently equipped holiday apartment sunrise2sunset. It is centrally located on the Obersee and offers a 270° panoramic view of the Arosa mountains. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. The property offers everything you need. The ‘children's room’ can accommodate up to three people. Two single beds and a bunk bed above are ideal for friends or the little ones. The second bedroom offers a double bed and an unobstructed view of the Obersee.
The house has a free parking space at the house (if desired with electric connection), WLAN, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and TV.
The Weisshorn cable car is a 5-minute walk away, and shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

A deposit of CHF 500 is required. This will be returned to you if we find the apartment clean and undamaged.

Check-in from 3pm | Check-out until 9.30am

By car, take the motorway A3 to Chur and drive upward to Arosa in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road. Attention! In winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains, depending on weather conditions.
In Arosa, follow the road, pass the petrol station and drive past the tourist centre/ice arena. After the ice arena, you will already see your holiday home on the left-hand side.

By train, take the Intercity Express to Chur. From there, the scenic Rhaetian Railway whisks you up to Arosa (trains run hourly). Check www.sbb.ch for timetable. When in Arosa you can take a taxi or a romantic horse-drawn sledge.
