On the upper floor is the very large living room with an open kitchen and dining area. The view from the windows opens up a beautiful mountain panorama. The garden area also offers plenty of space and is accessible through the living room. Due to the southern orientation, many hours of sunshine can be enjoyed.
2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a bathtub are located on the upper floor. The other 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the private sauna area are located on the lower floor.
A special highlight is the glass floor between the upper and lower floors as well as the many floor-to-ceiling windows, which also bring a lot of brightness to the lower level. The small sauna area is equipped with 2 lounge chairs and an extra shower. The apartment is located slightly above the center of Arosa and is therefore only a few minutes' walk from the Arosa shops. The free bus stops almost directly at the door (200m). The apartment has two private parking spaces (car lift). Please note that parties are strictly prohibited, and the house quiet hours must be observed.
