Description

Arrive, switch off, recharge - The quietly located chalet on the sunny slope of Arosa has the ideal location for this. The cozy and friendly designed rooms with noble materials and lots of wood, make the comfortably equipped apartment a highlight. The large windows offer an impressive view on mountains and nature. The skiing area Prätschli, with connection to the whole snow sports area Arosa/ Lenzerheide, is reachable in a few minutes.

The chalet is located near the village center, on the Maraner south slope. By foot you reach the center of Arosa in about 20 minutes via the Eichhörnliweg. The Arosa Bärenland can be reached by a leisurely walk in about 45 minutes, the toboggan run in about 15 minutes. If you prefer to spend the day actively, you will find the cross-country skiing track directly behind the house (in summer it is a golf course), as well as a small ice field and numerous hiking trails. The free bus stops about 3 minutes from the house and takes you in a few minutes to the skiing area, to the children's ski school Honigland or to the village. Riding home with the skis - also no problem. The home ski slope ends about 100 meters below the Chalet Terra Mia.

Included in the price of the apartment is a garage space and an outdoor parking space.

Bed linen and towel set: CHF 30.- p.p.

Tax winter CHF 5.40 per person (over 12 years) and night

Tax summer CHF 7.80 per person (over 12 years) per night

Deposit for possible uncovered damages (by depositing the credit card number): CHF 500.

The apartment is cleaned and disinfected by a professional cleaning company after each occupancy.

If you want to disinfect surfaces yourself in between, we have provided a disinfectant for this purpose.

You will find our apartment in Arosa as follows:

From the Arosa town sign, after about 300 meters, turn right into Maranerstrasse (directly in front of the Hotel Valsana). Follow the Maranerstrasse for about 1.5 km until you reach the upper Wetterluggenweg, on the right side of the road. Chalet Terra Mia is the 2nd house on the left side.
