In winter, you will benefit from direct access to the cross-country ski trail, located just a few meters from the apartment. The nearby Kinderland Heimberg offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing in a playful way at the Parpan Ski School. Furthermore, a beautiful and cozy toboggan run in the vicinity provides fun for both young and old.

In summer, this location becomes a paradise for outdoor activities. Numerous cycling tours and hiking trails start right at your doorstep. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the idyllic Heidsee by bike (only 4 minutes by car), where you can enjoy stand-up paddling, swimming, surfing, sailing, pedal boats, rowing boats, and kayaking.
