Located at Sonnenbergstrasse (No. 15), in a scenic and quiet position. 5 - 8 minutes on foot from the center, the new gondola lift Innerarosa, and the meeting place of the children's ski school.
Directly in front of the door, the traffic-free walking and hiking paths begin, for which Arosa is so famous.
With sufficient snow conditions, the Weisshornbahn and the Tschuggen Ost chairlift are quickly accessible by ski via the Obere Waldpromenade. A sledding run and the return slope end directly in front of the house.

Directions

Arrival: From the entrance / train station Arosa, follow the Poststrasse towards Inner-Arosa until the Brüggli. Turn sharply right onto Sonnenbergstrasse at the restaurant "Grischuna". Continue up the road, straight over the hill, and after about 100 meters, the underground garage entrance will be on the left side of the road (Sonnenbergstrasse 15). The underground garage is suitable for vehicles with a maximum height of 195 cm.
