Our small, detached holiday home with sunny garden seating area is located in the beautiful Lower Engadine terraced village of Tschlin. The lovingly furnished house with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, and dishwasher) and sunny balcony is located on the upper edge of the village.

Our house offers you not only a lot of cosiness on approx. 60 square meters, but also a garden (90 m2) with deck chairs and gas grill, where you can really relax after a long hike.

In winter, after a day of skiing or an exciting snowshoe hike, you can relax in one of the two armchairs by the Swedish stove.

Since it is a former, small tower house with approx. 18m2 floor area, the rooms are located on three different floors. On the main entrance level is an alcove with a space-saving double bed and the bathroom. On the next floor is the cozy kitchen-living room, on the top floor is the bedroom with windows in all directions. In the additional basement there is a storage room, which is accessible from the outside. Heating: Electric/wood stove. Smoking possible on the balcony and in the garden.

Ideal for nature-loving connoisseurs and/or sporty hiking/ski touring/snow school climbing or tobogganing enthusiasts. A beautiful cross-country ski trail between Martina and Scuol and three large popular ski areas (Muotta Naluns in Scuol, the large Samnaun/Ischgl ski area and the Nauders ski area) can also be reached in 10-30 (post) minutes. And after returning in the evening, you can treat yourself to a cold beer at the Girun Alpine Brewery in the cosy Tschlin or enjoy a fine dinner at the Ustaria Tschlin. If you are lucky, there will also be a nice concert in the music village of Tschlin. Please note the posters posted in the village. You can park your vehicle in one of the public free parking lots in Tschlin. Pets are not allowed. Special requests on request.

Excursions: 30 km from Samnaun and 15 km from Scuol (with the Bogn Engiadina Scuol wellness and adventure pool), 17 km from Nauders.

Location description: It smells of hay and freshly brewed beer. Every now and then the call of the tree pipit drowns out the splashing of the village fountain, a little further away we hear the hustle and bustle of the cheese dairy and Romanesque discussions in the village pub: Tschlin is remote, idyllic, intact and highly vital. Influenced by agriculture, the border community presents the coexistence of people, animals and landscape more clearly than any other place. Extremely cooperative, Tschlin's residents know how to tackle tasks and opportunities together, with a lot of heart and soul for intact nature and authenticity, always for the benefit of the community and entirely in the interest of the guest.
