Description

- Location: In a sunny, quiet neighborhood in Lenzerheide. 5-10 minutes from the village center with shops, post office, sports bus stop and sports facilities. It is possible to almost reach the house on skis.
- Infrastructure: Washing machine, lawn for sunbathing, garage and outdoor parking spots, wifi
- Access: In the case of extremely heavy snowfall the use of snow chains may be necessary.
- Miscellaneous: Rental of children's strollers, high chairs, backpack carriers and baby beds possible

Available on request (please order directly from the landlord and pay):
- Cot CHF 6.00 / day
- Stroller, backpack and other utensils for children from CHF 5.00 / day

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. For all cancellations a processing fee of CHF 30.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days before arrival, the property will be sublet. If a replacement booking can be made, an amount of CHF 90.00 will be charged in addition to the contractual processing fee for administrative work.

Entering Lenzerheide turn right onto the Voa Sporz. After 300m there is an intersection. Just before the intersection our rental office is on the left in house number 19A (opposite the Volg shop).
