Conditions / Extras

For the booked number of persons, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are already included in the rental price.
If additional persons are coming, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. For extra guests, we charge CHF 30.– per person for the provision of linens as well as the statutory resort fee of CHF 6.50 per person and overnight stay.
For our little guests, we can provide a children's set with a crib (including bed linen) and high chair for a one-time fee of CHF 50.– upon request.
During the summer season, you will receive the Arosa All-Inclusive Card conveniently via email on the day of arrival.
We are happy to offer additional services such as an interim cleaning, an earlier check-in, or a later check-out depending on availability. Just contact us in advance so that we can check the options. post@utoring-arosa.ch

Directions

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in
Your accommodation will be available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The reception is usually staffed from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you arrive later, that’s not a problem – we will be happy to leave the key in the apartment or inform you about the individual key handover.

By car

Utoring is located at Hohe Promenade 9, 7050 Arosa. Parking options are available depending on your booking in the underground garage or in the assigned parking spaces. You will receive the corresponding information before your arrival.

By public transportation

Travel by train to Chur and change to the famous Arosa Railway there. The journey from Chur to Arosa takes about one hour and goes through the impressive Graubünden mountain landscape.

From Arosa train station, you can reach Utoring in about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can take the local bus to the stop "Arosa, Rathaus." From there, it’s just a few minutes' walk to your accommodation.

Check-out
We ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Please place the keys in the mailbox at the reception or return them in person.

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to:

leave the apartment tidy,
dispose of the garbage,
wash the used dishes,
take all personal belongings,
close the windows and turn off the lights,
strip the beds.
