Description

- Location: The house is in a central, sunny location in Valbella. Shops, the post office and sports bus stop can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. The ski lift to the Danis/Stätzerhorn ski area can easily be reached on skis.
- Infrastructure: Garage and outdoor parking spots
- Access: The building can be accessed all year. The use of snow chains may be necessary in the case of extremely heavy snowfall.
- Miscellaneous: Rental of children's strollers, high chairs, backpack carriers and baby beds.

- Cot CHF 6.00/day
- Stroller, backpack and other utensils for children from CHF 5.00/day

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival. For all cancellations a processing fee of CHF 30.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days before arrival, the property will be sublet. If a replacement booking can be made, an amount of CHF 90.00 will be charged in addition to the contractual processing fee for administrative work.

- Entering Lenzerheide turn right onto the Voa Sporz. After 300m there is an intersection. Just before the intersection our rental office is on the left in house number 19A (opposite the Volg shop).
