The price is all-inclusive, except the tourism-tax (5.00 per day and person) and the final cleaning of the apartment. This is mandatory and costs 100 francs, regardless of the length of their stay. For longer stays, intermediate cleaning can be arranged.

Additional costs (for a summing up of the costs see also www.e-domizil.ch/ looking for number 3817): - Cleaning: CHF 160.00 for up to 6 persons, exceeding this its an extra CHF 10 per extra person - sun- and holidays Fr. 40,00 extra - and - if rented in addition - Fr. 50 for the room with bath at the ground floor. - Linen and towels, optional: CHF 20.00 per person including 2 towels (for use inside the flat and not for visits in the pool or sauna f.e.) - Heating in the month from October to May (in the other months corresponding to consumption) is being charged as a flat-rate of CHF 25 daily which includes the power for up to 6 persons. From the seventh person on there is an additional fee of CHF 5,- Fr. per person and night. If the room with bath at the ground floor is being rented in addition there is a flat-rate of CHF 10 daily for heating including the power for up to two persons. - Tourist tax per person per night Fr. 5,00 - Children 12 and under free.
