Description

You start at the Brigels valley station in the direction of Waltensburg Curtginet - alternatively also in Waltensburg or Andiast. The natural road, with almost no inclines, is perfect for getting started. You can follow the “D” signposts along the entire route. At the Hotel Ucliva, follow the signpost towards Andiast and the “D” signs. Follow the main road to the village of Andiast. In the center of the village, turn left before the grocery store onto Alpstrasse and follow the signposts to Resgia Gneida (old sawmill). Continue on enjoyable alpine roads via Canischauna and Burleun. Here, at the latest, you will have a beautiful view over Brigels. At “Plumarscha” you follow the “PrauTgierv”. Continue along the mountain road to the “Plaun da Pors/Rumasal” fireplace. The tour then leads over the bridge, along the “Survitg” path on the right until you get back to the village of Brigels.

If you want to include a single trail, you can ride up along the road from Burleun for approx. 300 meters and take the hiking trail towards Chischarolas (fireplace). It is moderately difficult and is easy to ride for the technically experienced.

The loop via Alp Dado and Burleun can also be omitted. Between Fop and Fischalettas, the ascent and descent routes almost come together. You can easily take a shortcut there.

From Resgia Gneida (old sawmill) you can add an excursion on the alpine road into Val Ladral. The valley is a scenic gem and you will also find a lovely barbecue area for a lunch break.
