Description
Along the sunny circular route Tenna - Solarweg, the view often wanders into the distance to the mighty Piz Beverin, the Unter- and Oberhorn, and into the Safiental. At the same time, you can learn interesting facts about solar energy with the Digital Solar Quiz along the way.
The Digital Solar Quiz Tenna is a new awareness program in the Beverin Nature Park. It has everything you need to impress at the next conversation about solar energy. Starting with why we produce solar power, through technical aspects, to the use of solar energy in Tenna. The knowledge is conveyed in short informative texts, graphics, audios, and video clips. Five residents of Tenna share their experiences with solar systems in audios. At one station, there is a specially made solar bench. While enjoying the wonderful view, you can charge your smartphone with solar power.
The circular route partly runs on the prepared winter hiking trail and partly on the road.
Hidden Gem
A visit to the charming village church is definitely worthwhile.
Safety Note
This path is well marked and located near the village. It can be walked in almost any weather.

Normal winter hiking equipment with warm clothing and good shoes, possibly hiking poles.
Directions
Depending on the snow conditions, the route is only passable in a shortened version. Then the descent leads directly to the church.

By post bus from Versam/Safien (RhB) or Versam village to Tenna, post office
Travel Information
From Chur/Bonduz to Versam, before the village turn towards Safiental and later to Tenna.
From Ilanz via Valendas to Versam and after the village turn right towards Safiental and later to Tenna.
Parking
Parking spaces are available between Tenna Mitte and Tenna Ausserberg, near the depot.
