Hidden Gem
For an overnight stay at altitude, the Muttsee, Kistenpass, or Biferten hut on the Kistenpass route are recommended.
Safety Note
This mountain trail is marked red-white-red.
Caution: Snowfields are possible on high sections until the summer months.
In uncertain weather conditions, the route should not be started. Weather changes in the mountains are common. If a rain front or similar develops during the hike, you should turn back in time.

Equipment
Good hiking boots with a good tread, weather-appropriate clothing (rain jacket/sun protection), change of clothes, first aid kit, drink, food, possibly trekking poles.

Public Transport
From Linthal: By train from Ziegelbrück to the end station Linthal.
From Andiast: Bus 424 towards Andiast, take posta and get off at Andiast Post.

Travel Information
Motorway A3, exit Niederurnen, drive towards Klausenpass until Linthal.
Take Route 19 and turn onto the street "Sutvitg" towards Waltensburg. Then follow the main road to Andiast Post.
Parking
Linthal: Parking lots at the Linthal-Braunwald cable cars.
Andiast: A small paid parking lot is available near Andiast Post.
