Description
From the village of S. Bernardino along the summer trail you reach Cassina de Vignun, which is located at 2115m. Continuing along the summer trail you reach Strec da Vignun. From the summit turn north and after a slight ascent you reach the ridge I Porton at an altitude of 2480m, which is at the gateway of the small valley La Valeten. You bypass this small valley under the majestic rock band of the Eishorn ridge. You climb the steep slope which in certain passages also reaches 40° leading to the east ridge of the Einshorn. On foot you can then reach the summit.
Equipment
Never underestimate the mountain. Even for the easiest tours with skins, we strongly recommend carrying all safety equipment. Shovel, probe, avalanche transceiver and possibly a backpack with a flotation device should be part of every ski mountaineer's gear.
