Description
The flow trail leads from Alp Trider Sattel at 2500 m above sea level over 200 meters of elevation to Alp Trida. On this route, built by world-class downhiller Claudio Caluori, bikers can look forward to built-in jumps and technical challenges. The double-decker cable car carries downhill bikers with their equipment directly to the start. Transport is free with the Samnaun Guest Card. Alternatively, the start point at Alp Trida Sattel can be reached by mountain bike from Samnaun-Laret via Alp Trida with an 800-meter climb.

Be considerate when passing and overtaking hikers.
The Graubünden mountain bike routes largely run on single trails that are also marked as hiking trails. Hikers generally have the right of way.

Travel Information
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or via the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadine on H27, turn left at Vinadi towards Samnaun
- From the east: via Landeck / Austria towards Reschen Pass on B180, from Kajetans Bridge towards Spiss – Samnaun on L348
- From the south: via Reschen Pass to Kajetans Bridge, then towards Spiss – Samnaun on L348
