Description
From San Vittore, with the Carolingian-era Rotonda of San Lucio, you reach Roveredo walking on the left bank; the two villages, which gave birth to several architects who became renowned in Germany during the Baroque period, are rich in historical monuments (churches, towers, palaces). You proceed towards Grono, a typical village along the road dominated by the harmonious Torre Fiorenzana, and continue towards Leggia and Cama. In addition to the ruins of Norantola castle, in Cama you find the typical grotti; here, as elsewhere, you can enjoy local specialties such as wine, cold cuts, and cheeses.
3 hours of walking, 11.2 km, 97 m of elevation gain.
