Description
Entry at the ski lift valley station, ascent along the ski slope about 5 minutes to the trail start.
As an alternative, you can take the entry to the winter hiking trail at the beginning of the upper parking lot, follow the signs.
The high-altitude trail is also groomed as a winter hiking trail. Thanks to the altitude (2,190 m), this trail is particularly snow-safe.
Safety Note
The trail is regularly groomed under good conditions. Please observe the condition reports in the winter sports report, Tel. 0041 81 861 88 49. The trail was rated under favorable weather conditions; current snow and weather conditions must be checked before starting.

By the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or from the Upper Engadin) hourly to Zernez station
By PostAuto (from Zernez or Mals) hourly to the PostAuto stop Tschierv, near Minschuns
- By PostAuto from Tschierv, near Minschuns to Tschierv, Minschuns valley station daily at 9:14, 11:14 and 13:14. The 13:14 service runs 10 minutes later on Wednesdays
Travel Information
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car shuttle through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains). From Zernez on the H28 into Val Müstair to Tschierv. (35 minutes drive from Vereina south portal)
- From the east: via Reschen Pass (Nauders) on the SS40 to Mals. From Mals on the SS41 to the Swiss border at Müstair. From Müstair on the H28 to Tschierv.
- From the south: via Bolzano and Merano on the SS40 to Mals. From Mals on the SS41 to the Swiss border at Müstair. From Müstair on the H28 to Tschierv.
