Walk uphill to the cozy Alp Es-cha Dadour on the sunny slope between Madulain and Zuoz.
Details
Description
The starting point is Madulain station. From there, the alpine path leads uphill until, after the last houses of Madulain, the winter hiking trail branches off to the right. The path now follows the forest edge with a beautiful view of Zuoz, before it ascends in a wide zigzag through the light forest and joins the winter hiking trail that comes from Zuoz via Pizzet. Following this winter hiking trail, steadily uphill and with a wonderful view towards Samedan, you reach Alp Es-cha Dadour, which offers many delights for big or small appetites. Shortly before the alp, the path branches down through the forest back to Madulain.
