Description
This route is only accessible by cable car. From Alp Trider Sattel, the hike with gentle ascents leads over Alp Trider Eck to Salaas. Along the way, you enjoy the view of the Samnaun mountain world. The return is along the same path. There is the option to dine at the Salaas restaurant or on the sun terrace of the panoramic restaurant Sattel.

The path is prepared after each snowfall. Please observe the reports in the condition report. The route was rated under favorable weather conditions; current snow and weather conditions must be checked before starting.

Hourly by the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or from Upper Engadin) to Scuol-Tarasp station

Ride with the world's first double-decker cable car to Alp Trider Sattel.
Travel Information
- From the north: via Landquart – Klosters with car shuttle through the Vereina Tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains). Then on H27 via Scuol and Martina to Vinadi. At the Vinadi junction to Samnaun (approx. 1 hour from Vereina South Portal)
- From the east: via the Inn Valley Road B180 via Landeck to Pfunds, turnoff Kajetansbrücke and via Spiss to Samnaun.
- From the south: via Reschen Pass (Nauders) on B180 to Pfunds, turnoff Kajetansbrücke and via Spiss to Samnaun.
Please note: If you are traveling to Samnaun, you need a valid travel document (passport, ID), as you will pass customs in Martina or Spissermühle.

- Free parking at the valley station of the double-decker cable car, Samnaun Ravaisch
